DO NOT use country codes (except in titles) - write the full country name
USE the ISO-country codes in titles (ex: DKCH DE-JCH) - if you use other kind of codes we will only write CH (ISO-codes only have 2 letters)
Absolutely NO commas or periods between titles or after CH
ALL person-names: First name first and surname second
Spaces in red: Mandatory
